What is the warranty period on products?

How do I claim a warranty if my product is defective?

What is your policy on returns?

At FlightsimWebshop, we have a 30-day return policy.
This means that you have 30 days -after you've received your order- to request a return and refund.

Our return policy also covers 'opened box'-products. As we stand for the quality of the products we offer through our website, you are allowed to unpack and test your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can also request a return and refund (within the earlier mentioned 30-day period).

Please note: Software, OpenBox-DEALS, Next Level Racing-hardware, and sale items are not eligible for a 30-day return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

If your product is eligible for return, you can follow the steps below.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service.
  • After you've received your return authorization, securely pack your product. Use its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.
  • Ship your product back to us.
    Costs for returning your order are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the product you've received is defective on arrival.

We will notify you once we've received your returned product and after it has been inspected at our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will refund your product within 3-7 business days (depending on the payment method used).
Shipping costs (and any applicable import duties or fees) incurred in connection with the sale or return of a product are non-refundable.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Software, ReturnDEALS, Next Level Racing-hardware, and sale items are not eligible for a 30-day return.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

We charge a restocking fee (with a minimum of 20%) when the return conditions are not met.
