This means that you have 30 days -after you've received your order- to request a return and refund.
Our return policy also covers 'opened box'-products. As we stand for the quality of the products we offer through our website, you are allowed to unpack and test your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can also request a return and refund (within the earlier mentioned 30-day period).

If your product is eligible for return, you can follow the steps below.
We will notify you once we've received your returned product and after it has been inspected at our warehouse. If your return is approved, we will refund your product within 3-7 business days (depending on the payment method used).
Shipping costs (and any applicable import duties or fees) incurred in connection with the sale or return of a product are non-refundable.
